The warranty period starts from the invoice date.
The warranty is only valid if the product is assembled correctly according to the assembly instructions.
The warranty only covers replacement of defective parts.
Important conditions
All parts are supplied in their natural, untreated state and must be treated before assembly according to the guidelines in the manual.
To avoid mistakes during assembly, we recommend within 14 days of purchase check the package and sort the parts using the parts list.
The warranty only applies to defective parts that have not yet been treated or assembled .
Parts that have already been painted, impregnated or used during assembly are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, the buyer must inform the seller in writing of any damage or defects by email.
The report must include:
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective part
- A list of damaged or missing parts
- The LOT number as stated in the assembly instructions
Only complete reports submitted on time can be processed.

Our LP® SmartSide® log stores are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and delivered by a reliable courier service.
The product is delivered unassembled – all parts are neatly packed and protected in a box, so transport is safe and efficient.
After payment, the delivery address can no longer be changed , so always check carefully that the address given is correct before ordering.
Delivery is made as close to the house as possible.
If the courier does not find the recipient at home, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. The customer will be notified by message or delivery note.
📞 Important: a phone number is required for delivery.
If the courier cannot reach the buyer, the delivery cannot be made.
On receipt, always check that the packaging has not been damaged during transport.
